How does Spynotify work?
Spynotify works by installing a small application on the target device. Once installed, it runs discreetly in the background and collects data which is then securely transmitted to your online dashboard where you can monitor activities in real-time.
Is Spynotify detectable on the target device?
Spynotify is designed to operate in stealth mode. The application icon is hidden after installation, and it uses minimal system resources to avoid detection. It does not appear in the list of applications on the device.
Can I monitor multiple devices with one account?
Yes, depending on your subscription plan. The Free plan allows monitoring of 1 device, the Basic plan allows monitoring of 2 devices, and the Premium plan supports up to 5 devices simultaneously.
Is Spynotify legal to use?
Spynotify is designed for legal use only. You must own the device or have explicit consent from the device owner to monitor it. It is intended for parental control of minor children or employer monitoring of company-owned devices with employee consent.
What happens if I change my device?
You can easily transfer your Spynotify license to a new device. Simply uninstall from the old device and install on the new one. Your dashboard and all historical data will remain accessible.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment method at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to the Billing section. There you can change your credit card information or update your subscription plan.
What data is collected and how is it stored?
Spynotify collects device information, call logs, messages, location data, photos, contacts, and social media activities based on your subscription plan. All data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers. You can access and delete your data at any time through your dashboard.
Can I try Spynotify before purchasing?
Yes! We offer a free plan that allows you to monitor one device with limited features. This lets you experience Spynotify's capabilities before upgrading to a paid plan for more devices and features.
Does Spynotify work on both Android and iOS?
Yes, Spynotify supports both Android and iOS devices. However, some features may vary between platforms due to operating system restrictions. Please check our features page for platform-specific capabilities.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Navigate to the Billing section and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next period.
